COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Macron Dynamics MSA135A000013889 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnatrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the 145THTN8043 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T20 manufactured by Magnatrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnatrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC411D by Manufacturer Mazak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Meggitt-Inc-Ledex Brand 196275001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Men-Mikro-Elektronik such as 09003300 equipment made by Men-Mikro-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Men-Mikro-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Men-Mikro-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FS63 made by Mcdonnell--Miller as well as the popular 466063721430A original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 286THTNA7026 by Marathon and 09003300 spares by Men-Mikro-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50738405 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Max-Motosports. |
